Vehicle listings

Listings are provided in good faith from the information available to us at the time, including auction inspection sheets and factory build records. Mileage, specification and condition are confirmed in writing before any sale, and the written confirmation takes precedence over the website. Photographs may show a vehicle before UK preparation. Prices shown as POA are confirmed on enquiry once import and registration costs are finalised.

Enquiries and sourcing requests

Sending an enquiry or a sourcing request does not create a contract to buy or sell a vehicle. Any purchase is subject to a separate written agreement.

Accounts

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your password confidential and let us know if you think your account has been used without permission. We may close accounts that are used to send abusive or fraudulent enquiries.

Content

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Executive Motor Imports or are used with permission. Manufacturer and model names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; we are an independent importer and are not affiliated with any manufacturer.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
